Each enquiry is logged on this website's database, but is instantly queued for deletion 60 days after your enquiry. After this point, your information is removed from this server and the databases held on it.

If you have asked to be added to an email list for a newsletter, then your email address will be held offline and used each time we send that newsletter until you cancel your subscription.

Paper documents for transactions are kept at our trading address for accounting purposes. We are required to keep these for 6 years in case we are audited by HMRC.

We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
